Chef and owner, Lauren March, is a Culinary Institute of America trained chef, who has worked at Michelin Star restaurants in San Francisco and Napa, California. A Temecula native, she founded Lalu’s Catering in 2019, a woman-owned company serving Temecula, Orange County, San Diego County, and Southern California.
