Lauren March is an award-winning chef and the heart behind Lalu’s Catering, a Southern California culinary chef known for seasonally driven menus and thoughtful wine pairings. Trained at the Culinary Institute of America and in acclaimed kitchens like La Folie and Morimoto, Lauren blends technique with a gentle, French-influenced touch. Since founding Lalu’s in 2019, she has lovingly crafted experiences for private dinners, weddings, wineries, and luxury events, guided by a belief that food is nourishment, story, and connection. Known for her warm hospitality, attentive leadership, and passion for memorable, soulful cuisine, Lauren designs moments that stay with guests long after the meal ends.
